Fish Consulting was charged with building a comprehensive toolkit of marketing materials to assist Massage Envy Regional Developers in their franchise sales and recruitment efforts across the country.
Solution:
Develop a strategic and integrated suite of franchisee recruitment resources that leveraged the benefits of Massage Envy ownership. The toolkit included both print and online materials, customizable by each individual Regional Developer, along with suggested best practices.
Results:
Fish unveiled the integrated Franchisee Recruitment Toolkit at Massage Envy’s annual Regional Developer Conference in order to help their Regional Developers significantly increase prospect lead volume, while also reaffirming Massage Envy’s position as one of the premiere franchise concepts among key stakeholders.
The Details:
Each piece was completely customizable by the Regional Developer based on their given expansion market. Every component was unique and developed to speak directly to the target prospect and drive qualified leads into their pipeline. The toolkit included print and online advertising, print and virtual brochures, a PowerPoint sales presentation, direct mail pieces, HTML email blast templates, press releases and media relations’ tips.
